Return Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of natural dyes and plant-based pigments. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- In the original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been opened or used
- Perishable goods such as fresh plant materials
- Digital products or downloadable content
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of purchase:
- Contact us via email or phone to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions
- Package the item securely and ship it back to us
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged item, etc.). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
